"Today was my 1st time visiting KiKi's and Charlos was the customer service attendant and he was very nice, polite and welcoming. He made me aware of the loyalty program and offer me beverage and a snack. The music section was good and easy to listen to. Overall my visit was very pleasant and I will definitely be back."
